What We Do

We are an allergy clinic in North York offering both virtual and in-person assessments for adult and pediatric patients.
 

We accept the following referrals for all ages:

  • Allergic rhinitis

  • Anaphylaxis

  • Angioedema and Urticaria

  • Food allergy including food oral immunotherapy

  • Venom Allergy

How to See Us

Referrals can be sent through your primary care provider or through any specialist. Referral forms can be found here. Once we receive the referral, we will contact you to schedule an appointment.

FAQs for Patients

Where is the allergy clinic located?
We recently expanded! We are now located at 5 Fairview Mall Drive, Suite 260 in North York. However, we offer initial video consultation if access is an issue.

 

Is parking available at the clinic?

Yes, paid parking is available on site. Free parking is also available after 10AM at Fairview mall for customers.
 

How early should I arrive for my appointment?

It's a good idea to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and any necessary paperwork.


What should I bring to my appointment? 

You should bring your ID and valid OHIP card (or an alternative form of insurance payment if you do not have OHIP).

What should I wear to my appointment?

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing if you will be undergoing skin testing for your allergies. Please stop any antihistamine/anti-allergy medications 5 days prior to the appointment.​

How long will my appointment last?

The length of your appointment will depend on the reason for your visit and the tests or treatments that need to be performed. Generally initial consultations will take anywhere between 30 - 60 minutes.


What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment? 

Please call us at 416-410-0805 as soon as you can to reschedule. If you cancel last minute (<24 hours of your appointment) or if you do not show up for your appointment, a "no show fee" may be applied before we are able to reschedule you again.
